.NET 4.x Глобальный хук активности - C#
Формулировка задачи:
Здравствуйте, помогите мне пожалуйста, нужно создать программу(которая в последствии станет подпрограммой(но для данной задачи это не важно)), которая будет определять активность пользователя(активен он или нет) проверяя мышку и клавиатуру на активность. Что-то вроде этой(её exe-шник), но она должна работать даже если не активна(выделено другое окно) и результат должен быть только true или false, я ещё новенький и не совсем в этом разбираюсь, но программа нужна...
Помогите, пожалуйста...
